I am frustrated every time I go due to the lack of availability. I pick out the flavor I want(of the maybe 4-6 that are listed) just to be told that they are out or it's too soft or something of that nature. I really like italian ice but don't feel it's worth it to go to the Ephrata location.
Got the VIP treatment today :) such amazing customer service here, and the owner David is so awesome and friendly! Thanks for making my family and I cotton candy!!
