Thank you taco bell for making it right. Door dash waited almost an hour to even decide if they wanted to deliver my food or not. I called Taco bell and they not only allowed me to come and pick up my food but they remade it so that it was hot when I arrived! Thank you

We've been coming here for Taco Bell breakfast for years and now I'm being told they won't be serving it anymore. There is too many customers that will be affected by the horrendous decision! Bring back breakfast!!!

I go to Taco Bell a lot, I order 3 tacos each time. A cheesy roll up and two Spicy potato tacos. (Neither item have more than 3 ingredients) The EPHRATA location messes up my order almost every single time I go in. Today they used old potato’s that were long past their expiration date, the tacos had shreds of lettuce throughout them even tho I requested no lettuce. I know things happen that’s okay with me, I unwrapped them to find the potato’s are hard as a rock. If I would have bitten into this I could have broke a tooth. Not a single potato in either taco was soft, completely burnt to a crisp or so old that they are black. The employee who made this had to know it wasn’t edible and continues to serve them to me like this.

Ordered ahead today and not only was the food fresh, but the guys at the window had me try the drink first since it was the end of the syrup for the soda. Sure enough, tasted like seltzer water so they replaced it with a different drink I wanted. Most fast food places would just send you on your way with a weak drink but they came in clutch.
If you don't use the kiosk or the drive through you may have to wait until you are noticed to place an order.

Everytime I go in or order it to be delivered at least one thing is missing from my order: I just went and they didn’t add my potatoes but they gave me a fork seems pretty odd. They seem like they never have a clue what is going on and everything is always a mess in there I wish I could say I enjoy my experience here.

I don’t know what’s happening with this Taco Bell but y’all need to step up your game it used to be our favorite Taco Bell to go to, but now the past couple times we’ve been there. We don’t even want to go anymore. Every time we get our food someway shape or form it’s messed up if I could put a picture in this, I would the quesadilla was literally cut like crap. The nacho cheesy gordita crunch tasted like it had mild sauce on it already. This food is way too expensive for it to be messed up 95% of the time there hasn’t been a single time that I haven’t had to go back in or food just isn’t made correctly usually 2nd or 3rd shift is when I go
