I go here fairly often and like every other taco bell, they're a little skimpy with meat and cheese. But, what I received today is unacceptable. If it wasn't for my fiancée saying she's gonna eat it anyway, I would've drove back. Do better. Chicken quesadilla with almost no meat and cheese. This is one of 2 quesadillas, and they both were made with an idgaf attitude.

2 people making food.One of which seemed to be shift manager,2 or 4 others goofing off and complaining,meanwhile-3 of us standing at counter for a little bit looking at them waiting for service...they made eye contact, and walked out of eyesight behind kitchen equipment. I have been disappointed last several times I've gone to t.b....I like there food,or least it used to be worth it. They only keep getting rid of the roasted cheddar chalupa,but now it seems they don't seemed concerned about service. Disappointing.

Everything I ordered was nearly empty. The crumchwrap I got had almost nothing in it. Everything else was really short on the portions. Needless to say I felt ripped off. Won’t be returning.

I admit I do miss my usual order being $25 instead of the 50 it is now. But I am impressed that my food comes out faster and more accurate than when they had twice the staff. My main complaints are atmosphere(nothing Taco Bell can really address, it's just some of their customers are just bad for the room), and drinks, please keep a quality well maintained filter on their water, the weird Ephrata aftertaste has been getting worse.

My first order was made & it was cold. Spoke to a manager, she said to come back, & tell them you spoke with me for them to remake the food. A few days later, I came back, ordered the food, ate it, & almost immediately after it, I had to RUN to the bathroom! I will not be back!

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant can I come to this one a lot because it's close. But lately the food and service quality have been extremely low. Mobile orders are prioritized after everything else so the convenience of ordering that way is completely nullified by having to wait inside for the orders to finally be done. Sometimes they don't start orders until you check in and sometimes they get annoyed when you do check in. Overall the quality is just been very low lately.

Kiosk actually speeds up the order going through. Kinda wish they would bring back the green (Verde) sauce w/o avocado.
