My first order was made & it was cold. Spoke to a manager, she said to come back, & tell them you spoke with me for them to remake the food. A few days later, I came back, ordered the food, ate it, & almost immediately after it, I had to RUN to the bathroom! I will not be back!

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant can I come to this one a lot because it's close. But lately the food and service quality have been extremely low. Mobile orders are prioritized after everything else so the convenience of ordering that way is completely nullified by having to wait inside for the orders to finally be done. Sometimes they don't start orders until you check in and sometimes they get annoyed when you do check in. Overall the quality is just been very low lately.

Kiosk actually speeds up the order going through. Kinda wish they would bring back the green (Verde) sauce w/o avocado.

The place felt like an icebox. Absolutely no heat at all. My husband asked about the heat and the employee responded by saying that they felt that it gets to hot so they leave it turned off. Some of the employees had heavy coats on with their hats up.

Food is prepared way better than every other taco bell i’ve ever been to. Others around are dry and often taste mediocre. This one is also clean and the service is good.

Everytime I come to this specific location my order is always wrong never fails , I go thru the line 3x or more because even when you repeat urself for them to remake it they just dont listen I always do mobile order and they never read the slip how I customize it only how it originally made on menu they don't read... They don't listen, they don't act like it even matters
