This Taco Bell is awful. Especially the nightshift. They take forever, make your food like hobos. AND they REFUSE to make door dash orders. They will keep you waiting 45 minutes while they wait for drive through cars. Try and get your dash order through the drive through? Nope!! They refuse to give it to you unless you go inside so they can make you wait ?. Managers need to do something about those guys

We like Taco Bell and the one in Ephrata is clean when we have visited and food is good. Down side is, it's not CHEAP fast food anymore. Pretty pricey for fast food.
For the first time trying out the tacos from this place. I will never be the same after eating here. the Great taste of the tacos made me want to get another batch of three I would recommend this spot for the greatest

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My family and I tried to use the drive-thru last evening (11/21/23). I sat at the speaker for several minutes repeatedly saying “hello?” To the extent we thought the drive-thru was closed. Only to eventually be “greeted” with nothing but attitude from the girl on the other side with “so do you still want to order?” “What do you want??”. My husband then went inside to speak to a manager only to be told the one who said “what do you want?” Was indeed the manager! Then, one of the men behind the counter asked my husband to step outside so he could fight him for addressing the horrible service. I don’t know where you train your employees but the entitled attitudes that are coming from your employees is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
