Thank you taco bell for making it right. Door dash waited almost an hour to even decide if they wanted to deliver my food or not. I called Taco bell and they not only allowed me to come and pick up my food but they remade it so that it was hot when I arrived! Thank you
Ordered ahead today and not only was the food fresh, but the guys at the window had me try the drink first since it was the end of the syrup for the soda. Sure enough, tasted like seltzer water so they replaced it with a different drink I wanted. Most fast food places would just send you on your way with a weak drink but they came in clutch.
We decided to have our wedding rehearsal dinner here (groom is a big Taco Bell fan) and the staff were super accommodating with our big order for 21 people, and the manager did an incredible job organizing the staff back in the kitchen. If I could give more stars for service I would!!
