So, I'm a truck driver and I saw this place in my travels the other day, THEN on my. IG....so I HAD to try this AMAZING looking food! I am SO GLAD I did! I got the beef quesodilla, steak tacos and shrimp burrito. OMFGGGGGGG......I couldn't stop eating it! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! 10/5 stars!

Went to the Lancaster location on Prince street yesterday! Tried the queso birria and horchata! The queso birria tasted off. And the horchata I had to stop drinking. They said it’s homemade but it tastes like they added milk in it. The ones I’ve tried gives you a XL cup with no ice and it’s just rice water and cinnamon. Their horchata tasted super off. My friends from Mexico said the same thing too. El Paisano food truck will forever be my fave. Pricey and didn’t get much.

Delish food, pleasant staff and clean atmosphere. The owner was cleaning the entire time. I was in town visiting a d was looking for some Mexican food. I found this place in Google and read the reviews. It's didn't disappoint. I'll definitely be back again when I'm in town.

Love this food truck! The Quesabirria tacos are worth the trip alone. They offer a variety of meats and options from Tacos, Tortas, burritos, quesadillas, nachos and Mexican pizzas

Delicious! First time eating here. We had the asada burrito, bean and cheese burrito, chicken burrito and birria tacos with consomme. The pinto beans are served while, but they were nice and tender and tasted slow cooked.The asada was tender and delicious, flavored very nicely. It is hard to find asada that is both tasty and tender. Tacos El Gordo nailed it! The birria tacos might be even better than the asada and that's saying something. Our son picked up the food for us and said that the people running this business are super friendly too.

This is the BEST Mexican food in the area. We got sone chorizo tacos and the plate of three shredded beef tacos. They were outstanding. Owners are friendly. Great place.

We ordered through Door Dash but we've seen the taco truck parked over where the new Goods store is in Reading Road. Now I think they moved. Always wanted to try it and actually the food was pretty good. Really greasy but I feel like most authentic food is. Tasty for sure, will have again in the future. They don't sell Mexican rice just an FYI.

Service/decor: food truck with sitting areas. Overall the service is quick and haven't had anything prepared incorrect yet.Food: authentic Mexican tacos are very hard to come by in this area. But here they are! All the tacos are excellent! As I have now tried them all without a negative. The chorizo are my favorite.The Mulita's are also delicious!

Some of the most tastiest Mexican street food in Lancaster County. Located in Ephrata Township in a blacktop parking lot adjacent to a closed but transitioning Kmart provides for some great contrast for what you are about to eat. Service is friendly and they like to move folks along to keep the line moving (but will answer any questions about the menu). Bill was $24 and change for quesabirrias, pork taco and a steak quesadilla. Food was hot (temp), layered and fresh. If I lived closer to Taco El Gordo it would be some trouble. Buen Provecho!
