We dined at the Ephrata location last night. While it was busy, we had a short wait time for our table. The food was served quickly and it was good. Our server was excellent! They could cut back on the salt but otherwise it was delicious and filling. I took half my meal home. We will be back.

Food was great as always at a Texas Roadhouse. Everything came out quick. Our only complaint was the wait which was expected being new but 2 hours is a little ridiculous.
Huge shout out to our waitress Jeanette. Great vibe and personality she brought. My kids loved her.

The food and service were excellent. We ordered steaks, chicken, and pulled pork and they were all delicious. The portions were also fairly large. The staff were all friendly and very attentive. The waitlist/check-in process seemed a little convoluted, but we did get a table without any problems. We did visit on opening weekend, so that might have been a factor. My only real complaint was the ambiance. It was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse, so I assume it is standard for any location. There was constant blaring music, which made it necessary for everyone to shout to be heard. The staff began singing, shouting, and dancing at random times, which was truly bizarre. I'm sure it's meant to create a "fun" atmosphere, but for me it was just irritating.

Very busy on a Friday night but it’s because they just opened. We joined the waitlist and our estimated time was 7:27. We didn’t get seated until 8:10 and finally got our food at 8:45. It was definitely worth it. Steak was cooked to perfection and everything else was good. Definitely better than any of TRH we’ve been to. Hopefully quality stays this way as the years go by. We’re very happy to have this location in the Ephrata area.

We had Shannon as our server and she was absolutely amazing. She was very quick to refill our drinks, she made sure our food come out in a timely manner and that it was all correct. For just opening we couldn’t have asked for a smoother more enjoyable experience.

Told 30 minute wait when we arrived. Waited an hour and 15 minutes. Went in several times to ask if we were forgotten, and each time were told about 10 minutes yet. Poor hostess details! Awesome service and food when we finally were seated.
