Had to leave. Spoke to the manager about filthy napkin & silverware. She apologized and quickly returned with a new set. The replacement was also filthy. We can understand a human mistake, but if the second set of napkins and silverware are disgusting what are the conditions in the kitchen?

We visited 9/21 about 6'30 pm. Our server Sarah was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive.
We paid via the table kiosk which had a short survey at the end. We were disappointed that the survey did not ask about our server. That is why we are posting here.

Food was great! The place is too loud to even talk to any one in your party. The employees are very friendly and helpful!

This place has tons of seating! We were in early evening so wasn't super busy, but still a decent amount of people. From the looks of it they had adequate staff to handle large crowds. Food and drinks were good, service was fast.

Wonderful service! Steak melted in my mouth! Flavor was abound! Chicken critters did the same! Never had a chicken nugget/tender do that in my mouth before. Green beans taste like (almost) my grandma's! Baked sweet potato hit the finishing spot! Will definitely return to sample more of the menu.

Food is not cooked serving salmon raw, ordered shrimp also raw. You must have a bunch of Ronald McDonald's cooking. Although the food is cooked at McDonald's.

It’s my go to when traveling. Great steak choices, well trained staff, & consistency at being a great place for dinner no matter where. Plus I can go in regular T-shirt jeans or shorts. No need to worry about do I have the right clothes on, I can be me…just a regular Dad that loves his steaks and chili. @weaversstonehousefarm on the YouTube.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this one called for it. I haven’t been to TRH in several years, as I’ve always preferred Longhorn, but with the location being convenient, my partner and I decided to go for dinner. We walked in and the place was incredible, the wait staff was kind and as always, the rolls were delicious. We asked for the Cactus Blossom, of course, I ordered the ribeye and he ordered the porterhouse, both medium rare. Our cactus blossom came out only about 1 minute before our steaks. We hadn’t even had the chance to try it yet, haha. No big deal, of course. Though, I was quite shocked at the speed of service. Our steaks came out, as well as his chili and sweet potato and my corn and mashed potatoes. The first thing I went to do was cut my steak and my stomach turned. It was completely raw. I cut it away from the bone and in 3 other sections around the middle. Raw. It was almost as if they seared it on all sides and put it on my plate. I’ve never had to send a meal back to the kitchen, but this time, I absolutely did. While my steak was taken away, another waiter came to our table, with another bowl of chili and green beans that we never ordered, seemingly confused as the ticket he carried said we had ordered it. We laughed it off and continued our visit. Eventually, my steak came back. I was completely under the impression that I would receive an entirely new steak. Nope, I was wrong. After the manager had taken my steak away from me, moved it around with his hands to see the raw meat, and take it back to the kitchen, I got the exact same steak back. A different manager had brought it back out and saw the look on my face when I realized. All she could say was “those spaces will appear more well done since they’ve been cut”. I kept my mouth shut and cut another portion of the steak to see if it was cooked. It was, but this time it was a well cook. I was completely over it and told her it was fine (the people pleaser in me) and began to cut it into pieces. I slowly realized that STILL about 1/3 of my steak was raw!! I consumed a small amount of it, by the way it was hardly seasoned at all, and decided to just eat my sides and try to enjoy the rest of my time there when I saw my partner continuing to cut his steak. His porterhouse was ALSO PARTIALLY RAW!! How the heck can you send out meat like that?! I immediately told him to stop eating it as I was scared we would both become sick. For steaks being $30 and $35, I would expect so much more than that. We ended up having a bill totaling almost $100 and couldn’t even eat the food we were given. I just don’t see how any of this is acceptable at all. Our poor waitress apologized profusely, but as someone who previously worked in food service, I knew it was not her fault in the slightest. We paid the bill and left, irritated and still hungry. I only wish I had taken photos of this visit…

it took almost 30 minutes, asking 4 separate times, and talking to 2 different people before we got our bread. As this was happening we saw groups sit down after us getting bread and later getting refills before we even got ours. Ending up coming after we got our sides we ordered and right before we got our meal. I got the ribs and there was a round rib bone stuffed in my mash potatoes hidden under the sour cream I asked them not to put on and the cheese, almost like it was deliberately placed. I wouldn’t eat here especially considering someone found staples in their bread!
