The morning crew from this morning was amazing! I walked in and it felt like home. Mari and Jo were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Mari made my food amazing and my smoothies were just as awesome.
Vegetarian options: I noticed there was a plant based meat, which is a great options for those looking for it.

Tropical Smoothie in Ephrata is a staple of me and my husbands errands day. We always pick up our smoothies before heading to Aldi for groceries, and processed about our chores. Our smoothies are usually a nice little breakfast treat to accompany our errands. But today something was very wrong with our smoothies. He got a Blimey Limey that was inedible and my Bahama Momma was almost savory ?? I took them back and asked for them to remake them which they did. However they came out the second time just as terrible. It seemed like they were getting a lot of returned items this morning. Idk if they are not cleaning the blenders well between orders or what. Mine almost tastes like dirty dish water. I really hope they figure it out cuz like I said this is an errand day staple. Otherwise we will have to wait in the line at Starbucks 😆.

My wife and I come here often and really like the Santa Fe “Dillas” and we both order the Detox Island Green smoothies. My wife started calling the smoothie “front lawn” because it is green in color, but it is very tasty and good for you. So now we refer to it as front lawn all the time. We add Energizer and extra ginger. Love this place.

I never tried Tropical Smoothie Cafe until today. T-Mobile offered a free smoothie or bowl as the freebie Tuesday pick. I ordered the Paradise Point and it was really good. The restaurant was clean and there were a lot of tables.
Ordered 12 smoothies and the manager and employee handled it perfectly and had them ready to go right on time! Great staff and great smoothies!

I’m not one to complain or write bad reviews but yesterday was too much. They had a catering order and were behind so I understand why it took so long, but I wasted all of my break waiting for the food which is 30 minutes. They were apologetic for the wait so I don’t care too much about that. However, when i opened the box the quesadilla looked horrendous which isn’t a big deal because if it’s good it doesn’t matter what it looks like. HOWEVER, they forgot the chicken in my cheese and chicken quesadilla, how do you forget the main component in the meal??♀️ I’ve worked in the food industry so I can understand being busy and a little behind schedule. But 30 minutes of waiting just for them to make my food wrong should never be acceptable.

do NOT order online for pickup. almost every time i have to wait 10-30 minutes after pickup time for my order while i watch everyone that came in after me get their order. sometimes my order will sit on the counter behind the register until i realize and have to ask them for it.
