We ordered from here a 11 days ago. Door dash driver Juan only brought 4 out of my 8 drinks. He told me to drive to get the rest of them myself. I called immediately and spoke to the GM/ part owner. She told me she would refund the cost of my smoothies plus the driver tip. I called 3 times questioning when I would get my refund. Today she said she would check and call me back which I still haven’t heard anything. So right now I am out almost $70. The cost of the smoothies plus the money I refunded to my coworkers who didn’t receive theirs. This is horrible customer service. I don’t think I will ever patronize this location again.

Very disappointed in Maris attitude. I had messed up an online order and she just huffed and puffed at me. Then seemed to take frustration out on her employees. Won't be coming back here.

I placed a mobile order when I was a few miles down the road and would arrive right around when my order would be ready. But there was an accident closing the Ephrata exit so I had to drive down to Brownstown and come back up through. This plus the standstill traffic added 20 minutes and my food had already been sitting there for 10. I called the store to explain what happened and ask if it could be remade. The manager said it wasn't their fault so they couldn't do that. I said it's not my fault either. She said they'd be losing out on money twice if they remade it. I said no they wouldn't because the original meal is paid for. She still refused to remake it so I told her to cancel the order and refund me since I'm unable to pick it up due to the accident closing the road. She then said she'd be willing to remake the smoothie but not the food. I said I'd like my food to be hot since I paid for it. She said she'd rewarm it. I said this is horrible customer service if her primary concern is not losing out on $7. They are currently giving out free smoothies all week with every food purchase, so I don't think the few dollars they'd lose from remaking my meal is a huge issue. She was very rude and disrespectful, and repeatedly stated that she'd be losing money if she remade it. As expected, my smoothie was melted (so it's currently in my freezer), and my food was mediocre and luke warm (I had to microwave it). This is the manager who is always in a bad mood and speaks so rudely to everyone. She sighs and slams things around like she hates her job and hates helping people. I never had a direct issue with her before today, but her poor attitude is always evident.

Worst experience ever!!! A total shame because I like there smoothies but the service at this specific location is so bad! I’ve ordered here a number of times and every single time my sandwich was wrong. Every time?? When I call and talk to the manager she is so rude. Will not apologize will not take accountability and doesn’t care. She said she was going to give a refund and never did. This place is a scam because of HER and how she trains her incompetent staff. Will never ever ever go here again and I live near by and would have gone at least once a week. Nope no thanks, I’ve rather get hit by a car then deal with her again. Amd corporate customer service who I called and complain to said they could not help with refund. How does that make sense.

Went into order some food and a smoothie and the order was wrong. Manager was horrible, yelling at staff infront of customers and giving attitude when I went to the counter to show they messed up the entire order. Have ordered here before and dealt with the order getting messed up and having to deal with the Karen manager. I’d rather take a toaster bath then ever eat here again.

Bought food there on 9/22/2023 a Caribbean j*** chicken wrap and found rubber band in the food, I contacted the manager at the Ephrata location even went down to the store and she was very disrespectful.

Good People and Proficient service. Only pet peeve is that Tropical Smoothie Café's always add a plastic straw along with every ordered edible straw entirely defeating any environmental benefit since plastic straws returned by customer cannot be "reused." Takes little innovation for environmentally conscious customers to carry along reusable straw in unlikely event that edible straw breaks -Thanks.
