Give them a 5 for customer service was great all ladies behind the register were very polite and friendly. I give food a 2 food was cold. I got a large chili and it was cold not hot at all, my burger was cold and the cheese want even melted it was stiff and hard. I was very disappointed. Won't be back again

Wendy’s is turning into what KFC use to be - lazy workers and food isn’t good anymore. Such a disappointment. I recently made a mobile order and they charged me at the drive-thru window again even though I paid in the app. Even after showing the worker my PAID receipt from the app they refused to give me my food if I didn’t pay at the window.

Remember when the BACONATOR had more than 1 piece of bacon on it? Pepperridge Farms remembers. Literally 1 piece of bacon ripped in half on a single patty. Good reminder why I stopped going here.

The Jr bacon sandwich with the fires and chicken nuggets it was all too good I wish I can have 2 meals for myself cuz it's really good the fries with a good amount of salt the nuggets really good fried the burger cooked well I would suggest for eating here I ate here with my family the same meal 3 for 5 per order the best. If you need to eat, don’t do it here. Old crappy and dry nuggets, I cannot explain the strong smell of the old oil being re-re-reused, after eating here had my stomach acting funny all day. Not recommended.

Literally I never seen an adult in this establishment and my food is never right nor warm let alone hot and it is so messy in that kitchen. Its ran by middle school kids I swear

My wife and I stopped. Chicken wrap…it was a balled up mess in some weird shape…in one area there was 5 layers of wrap folded onto itself. The tiny chicken cubes were cold and rubbery. Absolutely terrible. Chicken sandwich was also cold. Two orders of fries were limp and cold. No salt. We threw 2/3 of them away. The only thing decent were the diet cokes. An absolutely disgraceful display of fast food. We could have got better quality out of a dumpster.
