This place messes up orders so badly. Once I ordered the mushroom burger and it came with no mushrooms... 2 times now I ordered the big bacon classic and it has no bacon... If you do order from here dine in so you can confront the staff that somehow misses the ingredient listed in the item name.

Superb baconator but some of my fries were still frozen. Also the taco salad was incomplete, it seemed as though they substituted saltine crackers for the missing tortilla crisps.

Went to this location and ordered some food. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the fries were extremely old and rubbery. Politely requested some fresh fries, they told me to pull up and wait while they get me fresh fries. The employee came out and gave me my fries. They literally gave me the same old fries. The whole order was old and horrible. This is the last time, I'll ever go to this establishment. Tired of paying these people's salary for horrible food and service. I'll make sure to let everyone know about this horrible place.

I was waiting at drive thru around 8 40 am no answer and then went inside and person told me we don't open till 9am . On website shows hours are open is 6 30am for breakfast who opens at 9am for breakfast. So I went across to gus restaurant for a nice home cooked breakfast instead . Always good here in case anyone else has issues there at Wendy's today.

Waited 10+ minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Nobody else was waiting for food. When we got our food, it was the wrong order
We stopped at this wendys for a quick bite to eat on the way home from a weekend away. We decided to go in rather than eat in the car. The doors were locked when we got there at 2pm ( which now i think is odd because someone just left a review a few hours ago who was clearly inside). Anyway an employee was walking in behind us and unlocked the door. We got to the register and the very untrained employee attempted to take our order. She wasnt asking for help from her coworkers and she kept laughing and asking me what buttons to press to get in the screen and where the items were on the screen. I have no idea I have never worked at a wendys lol. Thank God the lady at the grill was paying attention and had our food done and made before the lady at the register had the order on the screen even close to done. Cake topper was the food was not even peak for wendys ( in which the food is usually very good). 10/10 would not eat here again.

Worst experience in a fast food restaurant ever. Ordered a single burger, the tomato on it was the end slice basically all skin and the core. The girl behind the counter started to laugh when I showed her. I asked for another slice which was even worse as it was yellowed and dried out, more laughter, I told her to forget it. Aren’t employees trained in politeness anymore, why is everything so funny? Burger itself was so dry it fell apart. Two burgers and to small drinks totaled $19.25! Will never stop here again.

The manager basically just threw the ball in his court and wouldn't help him. Not a very team-oriented store
