I was grabbing food after work at night and I caught the guy digging deep into his butt (the closing male shift cashier @ Peach St) before giving me my food, he didn’t even know I was there until his coworker told him because he told me to pull to the front and I rolled back to ask a question… it was after a 10hr shift so instead of being pissed off, I just left and threw my food out and just took it as a sign to stop eating fast food.

Our bus arrived with above 35-40 people. The staff was wonderful at accommodating us. They Rocked. Very friendly and prompt with all our orders. The food was also delicious. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

The new steak sub that they're advertising was creamy at best It was not like a steak sandwich that I ever had. To much sauce and the bun was tough.

I hate to do this, because I love this Arby’s. I got a chicken sandwich and probably 3 minutes into eating it I felt so sick to my stomach. I’ve been dealing with food poisoning all night with so much pain and cramps. I know it’s the chicken sandwich because I’d just gotten back from roller blading and felt perfectly fine. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to eat one again this is so awful 🤢

Male at the drive through window was less than rude, definitely didn't want to make the food or have a customer at all. No aprons worn in food production which is unsanitary seeing as mles stomach sat on prep service probably touched bathroom sink and now on food surface. Hope yall find better staff and food safety classes until then will never come to this location.

Wanted to compliment young lady on drive up window at noon today. ECCELLENT communication with customer on speaker… Cheerful, knew her menu and options. Very pleasant at window. Cerdeserves recognition for excellent service. Thank you

I won’t go back to Arby’s because I couldn’t get a sandwich without cheese for the same price as sandwich with cheese,wtf. Really made me angry, that I just couldn’t get a sandwich without cheese on it and pay the same price!!! I don’t go to any other fast food places ever!!!
