The pretzels are usually burnt .. the people working in the mill creek mall store are rude brainless and never have pretzels ready.. they act like they don't want to be there and let people Waite while they laugh and talk to each other.. then when you try to make your presents known they give attitude..every one is told it takes 7 mins..
