My wife and I dined at Bistro 26 for the first time on July 31. It was a great experience! Our server, Laurin, was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us make choices that were right for us. We started out with the bacon-wrapped scallop appetizer; the scallops were done perfectly, and the sriracha sauce added just the right amount of zing. We both had salads, nicely proportioned, with a slice of excellent bread. My wife had the pan seared bronzini, which was done perfectly....

Amazing service. Incredible food! Cant wait to eat there again!

Our second visit was just as great. Chicken Marsala was delicious and their sautéed veggies were really yummy.

My new favorite! From the 8x filtered water, the ‘scratch kitchen’ made food and drinks, and excellent service! Thank you Ray for your recommendations. The shrimp and scallops risotto, red snapper and strawberry shortcake were all exquisite. Can’t wait to be back!
