love the food, but was very disappointed today. my friend went in to get us lunch. she ordered the Dipper Fries. instead of telling her they don't have them anymore he gave her regular fries. super disappointing. still charged her for the Dipper Fries (not sure if they were the same price). the regular fries are pretty disappointing. especially when she took them back, was told they don't have the Dipper Fries, and not offered fresh fries or a refund. so now we get cold boring fries and bad customer service. I had bragged to her about how great you guys are, super disappointed.
