Great space upstairs and downstairs. Bullfrogs has a nice open bar area with plenty of pool tables. Only downside is smoking is allowed. Andy's upstairs is also a large space with a couple of pool tables. Bartenders are always attentive and friendly. Food is typical bar food, nothing too special, but still good. Great place for groups or if you want something a little extra added to the bar experience

This is a comfortable, friendly bar. Clean, modern while still keeping ahold on the pool hall vibe. (Andy's is downstairs)I met an old friend here for a couple beers and some grub. I had a Philly Steak Wrap with sweet potato fries...one outstanding meal! The sweet potatoes were just the perfect touch to set it all off. An unexpected combo but the perfect plan...with a few beers on the side, of course. The staff all work so hard to make sure you have a good time whether it's hanging out, beers or meals. Courteous and attentive, to say the least.I'll be back every chance I get.

I honestly have to say the staff behind the bar is just unbearable! There were 3 women behind the bar one night and 2 stayed over be the kitchen just chatting and watching their phones while the other women walked by me 9 times before even asking if I’d like a drink. Mind you they were dead!

Was there for a family get together , reserved since before Christmas and waited over half hour to even order drinks ., and over an hour to actually get our food. When we requested the manager, when we asked if they were short handed and he said no. The waitress was apologetic, she did her best! Management is the problem!

Worst experience I've I in the shortest amount of time possible. If you want to eat and drink off dirty dishes Bullfrogs is the place to go! Bartenders there have the worst customer service in town. When I pointed out the multiple lip marks on my glass she replied "ugh I hate when that happens" then walked away. Waited 5 minutes to get her attention to ask for a new drink, she said sorry bout that, as she walked away I said no worries you didn't wash it she says I don't know if I did or not haha. I ordered a bloody marry and she mixed it A1 steak sauce instead of worcestershire sauce. I was handed a brown glass with white olives that should have been green. 4 people behind the bar and only person serving all the customers and she was the rudest person I have come in contact with in years and was acting under the influence. I didn't drink my glass and was still made to pay before walking out! Never again!

Food was cold, didn't get our whole order, bartenders are the waitress so if bar is busy, forget about food or them paying attention to you at all, deep-fried stuff completely burnt up.... just don't eat here and your fine! And don't expect good service at a table either.....
