Food was incorrect, after bringing it to the attention of the person working the counter, a female then threw the correct sandwich back across the counter at me. I actually could understand being frustrated, however my receipt shows how I ordered the food, maybe be pissed off at the cook, clearly he has a hard time reading the order properly

The girl who served us did not return the products we bought, it's good that there was a payment receipt. After serving the glasses for the drink, she held the upper part - this is not hygienic! Every table and chair is covered in food crumbs. There was nowhere to sit with the children. The overall impression is HORRIBLE, I WILL NEVER GO THERE WITH MY FAMILY AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

They’ll give you dry nasty food that’s probably been sitting there since lunch rush. These chicken fries are dry. I had a feeling something was off when we were the only car in drive thru and our order was ready before we even pulled up to the window.
went through the drive-thru ordered breakfast and asked for extra zesty sauces. I was given 3 for 4 sandwiches and 2 med hashbrowns...she immediately walked away from the window I tried to get her attention to the point of honking. She then rudely asked can I help you?! To which I responded yes. I asked for extra zesty I then even made it easy and gave her a number...10. She then responded no zesty is for onion rings. Is it bk policy to tell ppl how to eat? What sauces are for wich food? Not in any restaurant I ever managed. There was a base number of sauces u provide with an order unless the guest asks for more. She then walked away again! I waited and honked again. Another lady came to the window. The manager this time. Was then told it was company policy to not give any more sauces. Just wow at this point. She then told me and a very screw you get out of my drive thru kinda way to have a good day with a smirk and eye roll. What an unbelievable thing! If my employees ever treated a guest that way it would have been their last day! I then had to park and go inside. I asked them for their names and the name of their area coach. They ignored me and after a couple of min didn't say a word and dropped a bag of zesty sauce in front of me then continued ignoring me. I left after this all my food was cold at this point. What a miserable experience. Bk used to be my favorite as a kid and young adult what an absolute shame! I then called the upper peach restaurant to get the name of the area coach she gave me the name Lois or Megan and gave me a number to call. I left a message and still haven't heard back...just wow...

Every interaction I've had with the employees here has been wonderful. They are always so friendly, kind and sweet. I've never had to wait in the drive through line for a long time. The food is always fresh and my orders are always correct down to the sauces. Burger King over McDonalds any day!!

This is hands down the best Burger King in Erie. The food is always fresh. It looks and tastes like it's supposed to. Never sloppily thrown together or cold. Most of all the employees are always so nice and friendly!!!!!!!!!

I order a junior cheeseburger meal with onion rings. But they gave me a Whopper with cheese by accident. Had to go back through the drive through to get the correct burger. What a mistake on Peach Street.Parking: Plenty of parking lot. Did not go inside. I ate in my car.
