“We stopped in for a quick lunch and enjoyed the various options for food! My grand got grilled chicken nuggets, and we got chicken sandwiches. Everything was as good as we expected, and the milkshake was excellent for a fast food place! Love their service and offerings. I will be back for sure!“

“The team is always helpful and knowledgeable. If on the rate occurrence they get part of your order wrong they are eager to make it right. Everyone is pleasant and shows pride in their work. All the employees looks neatly groomed and well dressed. Overall is a very well run store.“

“The wait for a seat was long. They already gave our food and it was getting cold. When you have little ones that are hungry, knowing you're holding their food is a challenge. The indoor playground was nice because it distracted them while we waited for a seat to open. Other than that. It was unbelievable clean for as busy as they were.“

Parade st @ 6:30pm 4/15/25 was totally great service!
Tenders, biscuits , butter w/out having to ask.. all hot & fresh, in 5min flat .
& chicken prepared right , it mattters 🤌🏼

..Girl working register upfront was very friendly , & you could tell she’s naturally good w/ people. Mgnt material , —or maybe she was?
Staff working the food were all on board with eachother, —which alwys makes everything roll better!

Given all factors, Parade scores best .

“I ordered my food. my food came out right just didn't taste very good. one chicken breast had a funky color to it and real bad taste. don't recommend this one to go to try the other one over on Buffalo road“

“Lets be clear - I have been in many KFCs. This one is by far the cleanest one, the friendliest one...and has one of the best teams I have ever seen. I recommend you promote the general manager Becky to District Manager. I can't believe she hasn't been promoted already with the way her team members were shouting her praise when I ate there last week. On top of all of that - the food was cooked perfectly. I will definitely eat there again. Funny how when I asked them their secret they stated "It's all about the community"...yes it certainly is at the KFC at Buffalo Road in Erie.“
