This location is filthy. I saw a gentleman drain beans in the trash while the aluminum bean server thing touched the remnants of over flowing trash! I was in a hurry and just decided to not get the beans. The girl preparing my burrito had an attitude with me, and the young man who rang up my order overcharged me. I order on doordash got my order and my bowls was both wrong , I ordered chicken and got something else and stuff in the bowl I didn’t want either.. Called the store but got automated message and didn’t let me total to a actual person . Very disappointed ☹️
This is the 3rd time I have eaten here, and I believe it has gotten progressively worse. The tables aren't clean and the server obviously did not want to be there. Puts the small S in service. There was enough staff standing around, someone could have cleaned off the tables. Put someone on the line who at least acts like they care. Enough said. Where is the manager??
