Since all restaurants are closed for dine-in, we've been trying to support locally owned businesses so we have ordered from CiCi's. I've been here before for the buffet and it's always been pretty good but the take out pizzas we have gotten recently are superb! A large pizza was loaded with toppings and the crust was fresh! The cinnamon rolls are delicious. The owners are so sweet and always willing to support local groups with fundraisers!

We first tried Cicis in Florida and really enjoyed it so we were glad to find one "closer" to home. I live in Canada so it's still a 4-hour drive from me but we visit Erie, Pa quite frequently and stop by this location on every trip. First off, you can't beat the price which is why you need to align your expectations with the other clientele you'll be dining with. People need to understand that it's a buffet, not a race. There's no need to take two or three whole pizzas back to your table for your family. Leave some for the rest of us so that we're not waiting. Also, the amount of food wasted is shocking. With that said, it's the staff at this location that really make a difference. Everyone from the front-line to the Manager is super friendly, attentive, and quick. My whole family enjoys the food and we've never had any issues. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Good price all you can eat pizza, salad, pasta, and chicken cavatelli soup. Request any pizza you can dream up they will make it. Also there is games you can play with your children after you eat, they allow you to plan birthday parties if you want. All around a good place to take the family if you don't want to cook that night. Enjoy your time there it's worth it.

It's a hit or miss on hot pizza but we hit it at the perfect time! Love the buffalo chicken pizza and salad and my son loves the cheese breadsticks and brownies :)

My grandson and I love cici's pizza. The service is great and the staff is always welcoming. If you want an inexpensive but good place to eat then this is your place. You cannot go wrong.

Cici's is such a great place to spend time with the family without having to spend to much. The food is delish, the staff is very nice & always making sure everything is clean. Most importantly the kids love it!
Good price as long as you get water. Drinks are expensive. Not very clean, employees were dropping plates everywhere and sweeping next to where we were eating. Also, if u want a pizza u must request it to be on the buffet and it will in a few minutes. The salad lettuce was kinda brown too. Highly recommend the Mac and cheese pizza.

Had my daughter's 2nd birthday party there. Had around 40 people and they we're great to us and made us feel right at home. Great pizza, good price too

Buffet was not clean, two customers had to ask for basic buffet items. Salad dressing was empty, no noodles, pizza got restocked as we were done. Usually the mangers keeps cleaned and stocked buffet. didn't see him must have been off. Explains poor quality and service.
