I was travelling through Erie, PA, on my way home on a road trip. I stopped at Dunkin to try it for the first time, where I was greeted by Chloe and Davyd. When I shared with them that this was my first Dunkin experience, they authentically shared my level of excitement and provided utmost care and customer service by helping me craft a coffee to my preferences. They were personable and friendly. I will always remember their kindness!
