Gannon University Dining Services offers delicious food, including Chinese cuisine once a week. The staff, particularly Chante Woodard, are friendly and welcoming. One area for improvement is the size of the paper cups provided for water in take-out orders. While most staff members are great, there is a complaint about a cashier who consistently asks for proof of Covid vaccines and flu shots, a practice not done by other cashiers. Despite this issue, the food quality and service are generally praised at this dining establishment.
