I had the worst experience with Chinese takeout. Happy Garden, located on State Street, served lo mein that tasted like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes and blew the smoke into the noodles. The food was cold, and I called them to see if I could get some kind of reimbursement. The guy basically said 'no refund' and told me that their lo mein tastes good and taste like lo mein.
