I've never had a bad experience with herb and honey. The chocolate croissants are reliably a favorite, though I do love trying the rotating new/seasonal items. It's been exciting to watch this bakery grow and give to the community in so many ways.
First time there and the bake goods are very good! Limited seating

Loved the atmosphere and the service was very friendly and informative. It's hard to find real sourdough bread and I'm so glad I found this place. The bread is delicious!

Honey and Herb bakery is wonderful. Is it a restored building and restored area of Erie, Pennsylvania. The restoration process was exceptional, it kept the original flavor of the building but was fresh in its construction. The interior was light, airy, very clean and understatedly decorated. The window into the work area was fun to look through and see the staff doing their thing. Showcase of the the wares was sufficiently large and the selection was outstanding. We ordered three items. The cinnamon roll was the best. This was the best bakery experience that we've had in recent memory, we've traveled quite a bit and that's quite a statement. If you're in the Erie Pennsylvania area, it's a must stop by if bakeries are your thing.

This adorable little bakery sells the yummiest treats! The homemade pop tarts, brioche cinnamon rolls, za'atar knots and soft pretzels are among our favorites. The decor is lovely, the staff are friendly, and it's got plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Remember that it was announced literally months beforehand that it would be closed for an employee holiday and deep cleaning. The review that is shocked that they were closed just doesn't pay attention to the signs that were posted on their door, their website, their Instagram, and their email blasts.
Best bakery in Erie btw

Some of the most imaginative treats in the area! They utilize local and interesting ingredients. Every pastry I've tried is a 10/10. This business values their employees by giving them an extended break after the holidays and they value community by always getting involved and advocating. If you can, get there early because sometimes selections sell out because they're SO popular!

Came here to discover they were closed on a Saturday morning. I understand the importance of giving your staff a break for holiday but it was January 10th. If you wanna establish loyal clientele, you should have consistency in adhering to your business hours. Iโve been here once before and the selection was limited and lacked imagination. Bakeries churning out croissants and shortbread are a dime a dozen. Give me something that is tantalizing like a fruity galette, a savoury, cheesy pastry or something decadent and chocolatey.
