I've never had a bad experience with herb and honey. The chocolate croissants are reliably a favorite, though I do love trying the rotating new/seasonal items. It's been exciting to watch this bakery grow and give to the community in so many ways.
Honey and Herb bakery is wonderful. Is it a restored building and restored area of Erie, Pennsylvania. The restoration process was exceptional, it kept the original flavor of the building but was fresh in its construction. The interior was light, airy, very clean and understatedly decorated. This adorable little bakery sells the yummiest treats! The homemade pop tarts, brioche cinnamon rolls, za'atar knots and soft pretzels are among our favorites. The decor is lovely, the staff are friendly, and it's got plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
