Pulled pork mac and cheese was awful. Everything looked and tasted like it came out of a bag. Just because it was yellow doesn't make it mac and cheese. Server was friendly and the atmosphere is nice but the food was rough.

Went here with my team from work for lunch and it blew my expectations out of the water. Had never even heard of this spot but man was it good. The atmosphere was sick and food was delicious. I got the paisano panini and it was packed with meat (which is rare in today’s economy). Not to mention the fries were seasoned to perfection. I am a certified big back and had trouble finishing this plate. It did take a little while to be served but we did have a party of 10 so it is understandable. So good and it was only $12. Hidden gem of Erie that shouldn’t be so hidden.

We held a 90th Birthday party for my mom at this venue. My sister, brother and I had never been there before, though my mom is a member and has been there beofer. So we were unsure exactly how the event would go. The venue provided an area that was separated from the rest of the bar/restaurant and provided the food, soft drinks and tea. The food was very good and reasonably priced buffet of chicken, penne pasta, and salad. The staff assisted with set-up, and clean up. They definately exceeded all expectations! They accomodated over 50 guests. I would definately recommend for any event such as this one; not overly fancy, yet very very nice.

We recently held my mom's 90th birthday party at Hose Company 27. We had a wonderful experience. Katie, Bailey and Marlene were amazing to work with. Very helpful and very nice. Never once made us feel like we were asking too many questions, etc. We had about 50 family and friends at the party and I kept hearing over and over how good the food was! The cooks were very kind and answered all of our questions. We are from out-of-town and never had been at Hose Company 27 before so we were a little apprehensive since we had to decorate an unknown area but the staff even helped us decorate! From the beginning of our planning and speaking with Katie months ahead of time, who was so helpful, to the day of the party with the decorating and Bailey and Marlene assisting us, we could not have asked for a better place to have our mom's birthday party. Thank you all so much!

Katie was easy to work with and very responsive with questions and emails when planning our party. The food was very good, the charcuterie board was amazing and beautiful!! Everything was on time as requested. The wait staff brought drinks quickly. I would definitely recommend booking a gathering at Hose co 27

I enjoyed my late lunch here amid a spacious dining area, tables with cushioned chairs and booths. Country music at a civilized volume. Prices are excellent. For instance, a haddock fish sandwich is $11. Laid back, server attentive with kitchen a little slow. I like supporting fire companies so a win win.
Last time we ate there was good. Today not at all. No crackers for soup. Chicken tortilla...3 tiny bites chicken no tortilla. But i think the $5 tiny piece of Marie Callander coconut cream pie really was the kicker. Gonna be awhile b4 i eat there again. Took pic of pie. Unbelievable.
