Went the other day for the first time and the employee assisting us seemed to be in a bad mood and annoyed by our request. Ordered two breakfast bagels which were good but I wish they had different options for cheese and when I ordered a cold brew (not realizing the flavored syrups were additional) she seems annoyed at my request for them which I had no problem paying for given I had not checked out yet.
My hubby and I won free lunch today. Everything was fresh and delicious. The bagels were excellent and the deli meat compliments them well.
I highly recommend the new Jo’s Brooklyn Bagel and can’t wait to come back and try some other things.

This is a basic, New York style bagel shop. The bagel quality is fantastic. The pricing is reasonable as well. While they offered sandwiches, we only stopped in to buy bagels so I cannot comment on those. But if you're looking for a good, authentic New York style bagel, this is the place!
