“Lets be clear - I have been in many KFCs. This one is by far the cleanest one, the friendliest one...and has one of the best teams I have ever seen. I recommend you promote the general manager Becky to District Manager. I can't believe she hasn't been promoted already with the way her team members were shouting her praise when I ate there last week. On top of all of that - the food was cooked perfectly. I will definitely eat there again. Funny how when I asked them their secret they stated "It's all about the community"...yes it certainly is at the KFC at Buffalo Road in Erie.“
“The food at KFC is not to be confused with fine dining of course, but for a quick meal when you don't feel like cooking it's great. This particular KFC was quite busy at the time. Perhaps they normally are busy on a Sunday night. Still, they were patient with us and our special requests to substitute legs for wings. Special mention goes to the woman in charge on 5/22/24 around 6pm. She kept busy while also directing staff and caring for other customers needs. The facility is starting to show it's age though and could use some updates to facility and equipment.We got the special of 4 pieces 2 Biscuits and mashed potatoes. Very tasty.“

Kid-friendliness: They let my son run the place while they played with him. For someone with a special needs son, it was special for him.

“It comes out hot, Hot HOT ? but the famous bowl is my go-to!
Parking: It's beside Barnes and Noble ? ? Bookstore, luckily the parking lots are connected, otherwise you wouldn't be able to get in, across traffic and the median!“
