LBV Steakhouse at Presque Isle Downs & Casino

Food was cold and only compensated for our cold potato although the steaks were cold and yucky! Will never come back.

The dinner, as always, was exceptional. Our entrees were prepared and presented beautifully. The restaurant is quiet and more of a high end establishment. The steak was as ordered- rare. We split a Caesar and it was served as split on two plate. The shrimp, scallops and pasta tasty. Chris our server was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Craig, the maitre d' stopped at our table to ensure all was well. LBV provided a perfect evening for us!

We don't mind spending more for dinner when celebrating special occasions. The surf & turf meal was delicious and worth every penny.

Food was excellent as usual. Service was great and food came out quickly. The dessert my husband got for his birthday will take all week to eat, lol

Overall it was a good meal. However for the prices, we did not expect overcooked/burnt garlic, overcooked fries, undercooked broccolini with HUGE fibrous stems. One of our steaks was great, the other was sub-par. However, Chris our server was great and service was excellent. We will be back for another try. We did not send our food back because it was edible, we just had higher expectations!

Wendy, our server was wonderful and very attentive to us in every way ! We had drinks and a main course of : the Pork Chop dinner along with the Plank Steak dinner. It was soo much to eat, we both took half of our dinner home to eat the next day! Thanks LBV we WILL return!!

Love Love Love the appetizers! You could order a few of them to share and be full enough without a large dinner!

Food was outstanding/good service and friendly. Recommended the pork chop, best I have had.

Every single bite of every single course was amazing. Lobster escargot, lobster bisque, salmon with succotash, shrimp and scallop linguine, creme brûlée, heck even the bread was perfect. Corey is an excellent server, checked in on us several times, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Five star meal.

In all honesty the New York strip was FAR from a $75 cut of meat. Very disappointed in the steaks quality. The girlfriend's filet was average but much better than my strip. Could have gotten a better steak at longhorn or Texas Roadhouse at a fraction of the cost. Table side ceaser and the crab cake appetizer we were pleased with and our waiter was great. Overall experience was fine just expected more from steak

My grandmother turned 81 on Saturday and my grandfather wanted to take us all out to dinner to celebrate. Unfortunately all 5 of us absolutely hated our food. It had no flavor to it and everything was covered in a ton of onions. They asked us when we made the reservation if we were celebrating anything special and we said a birthday, but apparently they don’t even do anything when you’re celebrating something special …. so why ask? Our waiter was nice but refilled our drinks once and then never did again so they sat empty the last 20 minutes. He also took forever to take our order, he may have also been the bartender. I will say I do love the atmosphere here, it has a good vibe but we won’t be back until they get a new chef!

We ordered the 24 oz steaks the steak was very tough and hardly any flavor. The asparagus was cold. We were so disappointed in the stake. We thought it was a steakhouse which it definitely is not. Friends ordered the surf and turf his prime cut steak was very thin and the same not good. None of the steak or sides were very warm or hot like it should be. The steak we thought was gonna be tender for the price of a $90 steak. I know we spent well over 200 for our meals and drinks. I think they need to stark getting there steaks at Gordon’s meat market even Walmart has better ribeye. But my fault for not speaking up.

Absolutely unprofessional staff! Food wasn't great at all! Maybe the bang bang shrimp. Our waitress was worried about her tip the whole time and she made it clear from start to finish of our dinner service. Not only was the food terrible, we were asked if we were okay with using the same martini glass because they have a shortage. How disgusting and unsanitary is that. Also in both our martinis was mold from the shaker. Your going to get someone sick and really ticked off. Such a shame !!

What a complete DUMP this joint was. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. Food is so overpriced and the quality of the steak(s) was a 4/10 at best. Hope that this place closes it's doors soon. Our server was very unprofessional and never smiled. Bringing over the credit card reader and standing over us as we gave the tip was so unprofessional. You can get 10x better quality at the Texas Roadhouse at 1/2 the price or less. Just a horrible experience and quality of food. TOTAL JUNK for what we paid! *NOTE: Believe it or not, we were WARNED by two pit bosses at the casino to not go to LBV Steakhouse and that we would most likely be disappointed. They were SPOT ON! Why we didn't listen was our decision that we regret. Never again at this DUMP. I'm being truthfully honest, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

We had the best night ever. The manager and our waiter Cory were great. We had several different dishes of soup, salads, appetizers, drinks, full meals and EVERYTHING was delicious. We ordered so much food we took home left overs we didn't want to waste a bit. We had such a great time we plan on doing it all over again for the next birthday in July. Loved that it was so calm and quiet. Thank you everyone for making our night out GREAT! 👍
