Every time I have gone to this one particular L.C. at 38th n Liberty, there are never enough Hot n Ready ready, and even when I order ahead,there's still a wait. Other than Door Dash, Or other delivery folks, the walk in customer faces at least a half hour to 45 min wait which is unacceptable for Hot n Readys!!Parking: Parking is tight during peak periods or when the drive in is busy.

The employees seem very casual and nonchalant regarding their jobs and work environment. If you are able to maneuver your vehicle through the ridiculous drive-thru road, the service is much better than the walk-in service.

So much for hot and ready.....more like hot and wait.....went through the drive thru and was told I would have to wait....pulled around and then had to go inside to pick it up. So much for the drive thru
Pizza Detective here !!!!!!This is the best and the cleanest little Caesars in town. Cheese pizza is my thing. Unlike the store on 11th & Parade where they have guys making pizzas while blowing their nose then throwing the booger tissue out WITHOUT washing their hands, I cancelled my order, threw up in my mouth and proceeded to go elsewhere.I love the fact of the strategic placement of this store. It's right in the middle of every direction. The staff are very nice and courteous.
