Overpriced dogs and fries. Order took long time then fries were still cold. Smith's hotdogs are always a win.

The best hot dog I’ve ever had!!!
Stopped for a dog and got the Yinzer, it was phenomenal! Hung out for a few beers and the greatest Halloween display I’ve ever seen in or outside of a restaurant. I highly recommend!!! If you stop in soon tell Elvira I said, sup mama

Lucky Louie's puts a new and delectable twist on Erie's staple hot dogs (Smith's hot dogs). My favorites are the Seattle Slew (cream cheese and spicy chopped onions over a Smith's hot dog) and the Yinzer (Pierogi, sauerkraut, cheese, brown mustard, etc. on a Smith's kielbasa). Excellent. Food served in a funky, hipsterish atmosphere that would qualify the place as a stop for Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.
The only con to this place is price. Prices are higher than I want them to be. I think one of their most basic hot dogs goes for $7. On the flip side, the restaurant industry is very competitive and profit margins are thin. The average restaurant in the US has a profit margin of only around 3-5%. If Lucky Louie's is high at 10%, that $7 hot dog only profits LL owners' $0.70. The remaining $6.30 goes to supplies, labor, etc.. I'm OK paying a little extra to get these delicious dogs AND support a small business owner.

This place is worth visiting if you like some weiners and craft beer. They have some draft and bottles if you’d like. And seltzers and low calorie beer in bottles and cans.

Passing by from out of town. Cool little place & friendly staff. Ordered the poutine fries & the taste was great. However, the amount of fries for $13 was EXTREMELY disappointing.

All I can say is fun, quirky and quality. If you like hotdogs, this is a must have. I’ve never imagined the toppings they put on hotdogs. It will now be a destination stop whenever we’re nearby.
