Was escaping my local town to visit the great city of Erie, when I came across a little bagel shop. Inside this place was the epitome of grit and glory. A place with laughter and joy. A place where you can get full and watch the people walk in merry. I will remember this place. Thank you.

I called in for a BLT bagel not knowing how it would come out tasting. I got it on a buffalo chicken bagel with pepper jack cheese and it was amazing. And they told me I would be back.....I will see them very soon ?

Excellent variety of Bagels and cream cheese. The Grazer is a must try. Jalapeño cream cheese and hot pepper cream cheese are addicting. Family owned local place with great customer service.
This is definitely my go-to,locally-owned place for fresh bagels. They offer wide variety of bagels and cream cheese to choose from. Breakfast bagel and Lox bagel are my favorite. The staffs are always very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of seatings inside.Will be back again soon.The only down side for me though, is that they charge 4% admin fee (?) when you pay with credit card (I am not sure if this fee would be omitted with cash)

Ordered the Everything bagel, Bacon Cheddar bagel, Jalapeño Cheddar bagel with cream cheese. All were delicious. Staff were very friendly full of smiles. If I'm back up in that area I would love to try more.

Came in for the first time today and WOW these bagels are amazing. $2 for one bagel with cream cheese too, that’s a steal. I’ll def be back.
Missing items, missing ingredients. Increased prices, reduced quantities. Smelly these days.1st Bad experience:I ordered 5 Bagels. 1 Bagel had no cream cheese.2 had a small smidgen of it.2 grazers were missing which are $7.40 each.Called them. New staff tells me thats how much cream cheese they use from many years.When I asked about the missing sandwiches they got pissed off and started an argument in the background with a staff member.The lady who is part of the family business takes the call, apologized for her staffs’ behavior and mess up and gave me extras.2 Bad experience:We brought our friends visiting Erie here for some to go breakfast.They gave us half a dozen Grazers with no guacamole.How could they forget adding guacamole half a dozen times! There was only 1 tsp of cream cheese in every single bagel.I understand if this happened on a busy day.The place was literally empty and we were the only customers. Spent close to $50.3rd bad experience:I asked them to swap the guacamole for cream cheese to get a decent quantity since they deliberately skimp on it every single time.They charged me extra for the cream cheese, did not even apply it and had the audacity to make me pay for it.I picked up a tub from the refrigerator myself and then paid for it a second time.Why ? Cos I can’t trust the staff will actually add any even if I did complain that they made me pay for something they did not add to my food.Got scammed 3rd time in a row.The hot pepper cream cheese which is my default choice was a torture this time. My tolerance level is incredibly high.But this was Ghost pepper level heat.The bagels are delicious even now.They have increased the rates and reduced quantities at the same time.I understand there an inflation for ingredients.I just don’t like being robbed of my money repeatedly.Local businesses are vanishing. I hope they turn things around and pay attention to what the staff are doing.Me and my people will not be going back again. This is how you lose your loyal regular customers.The owners are very nice people. They try to run an honest business.Not sure why things have changed but it has been disappointing since last year.I doubt people will want to vote with bad business ethics from your staff.
