I got a half caeser salad almost 10 dollars and it was so small… there was little to no dressing in the cup that was given… my colleagues were shocked at the price paid for this.

This was the 3rd time in less than a year but they screwed my order again, failed to give me a published discount. The staff can't seem to count bagels always an under count. Will not be going back to this one.

They always have the most kind people working! The drive-thru was busy this morning and they handled it very well with a smile on their faces!

I just had a tuna fish sandwich from here and there was only a tiny bit of tuna on it. I ordered extra tomatoes, and I got a big stack of hard, unripe, yellow tomatoes with a tiny bit of red around the outside. When I saw the manager ,she said the tuna comes in a standard scoop (presumably the size of a melon baller); and that "the tomatoes have been coming in like that." I said, "So you just use them anyway?" She said, "We have to." If this is the kind of place you want to eat at, go right ahead. I told the manager I will know not to come back. She left it at that and so did I. Never had that kind of problem at the Yorktown store.

Food is subpar at best. 40 bucks for a turkey sandwich, bowl of soup and cup of Mac and cheese 2 drinks and 2 little bags of chips and a cookie.
Couldn't accept a 100$ bill for...reasons apparently?
Overall. I won't be back.
We arrived a little before 7 pm after spending 6 hrs in the ER. My 94 yr. old mother just wanted a late (for her) sandwich & a cup of coffee. Her 1/2 sandwich was good but there was no regular coffee. I told one of the employees & they said it would be right out. As we were waiting my mom decided to just have decaf. It was strong looking so I tried to add hot water. No hot water. Then she decided to try the dark roast which she doesn’t like. All this time still no new regular coffee. Someone did bring out new hazelnut but all we wanted was a regular cup of coffee. We finished & the regular coffee was still not replaced after at least a half hr.? Just irritating after a LONG day.

Was very disappointed in this sandwich. The new caprese was missing half of the ingredients listed and the lettuce and tomatoes were wilted and soggy.

Panera bread at its finest, early morning selection is very plentiful. Staff is very friendly all around! Huge thanks to Stephanie for assuring me over the phone that the menu item I was looking for would be ready when I got there!
