This is the best Panera in erie. Food seems to be made to order here, as opposed to other locations where it tastes like the food has been sitting for a while. Don't waste your time at other locations. This is where you want to go.

Went for brunch. They had options for me being a vegetarian. Tried their garden caprese and Mediterranean sandwich along side their creamy tomato soup. Everything was good! The sandwiches which I thought would be dry were perfect. Customer service was exceptional. The lady helping us added a fountain drink which I did not want and I'm sure she had asked and I just must have said yes yes but she kindly refunded it for me since I did not want it.

Order was slow and had to ask staff again after waiting for them to complete the order. If I order again, I will open the bag and ensure my apple doesn't have a large brown spot.
