My sandwich & soup were okay but the scones were extremely dry & the cashier was rude. she had a horrible attitude the entire time we were ordering... The tables were extremely dirty. Crumbs/spilled soup/sauce, leftover knapkins, used spoons/forks/& the floor was covered in debris like crumpled up straw wrappers.
HUUUUUGE shoutout to Bethany (spelling?), who is one of the cashiers at the Harborcreek Panera Bread! I come there pretty regularly, and she ALWAYS greets me with a smile... knows my order by heart now...and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my small visit a HUGE memorable moment! When she ISN'T working, I can always tell because they never get my order right.

When you only have potato soup twice a week. I would think at 5pm on one of those days you shouldn’t already be out. When I went to write this review another of my review popped up and the were out of stuff in that review. Idk how this location stays in business when they are frequently out of food.
