We were passing through Erie and found Proof when searching for brunch spots and were not disappointed. Our server Sam was friendly, the service was pretty quick and the coffee was great. The food was all delicious. The grilled pineapple dessert was the perfect ending to the meal. Would definitely stop by again if I were in the neighborhood.

Proof Kitchen is definitely the best place in Erie!!! Starting with how accommodating they were to me having a gluten allergy, they had the chef come to the table and explain everything on the menu and what I could have!! This is what all restaurants should be doing!!! Fantastic job!! Started with the roasted vegetables very simple but executed to perfection!! Tender carrots and potatoes simple seasoning which made a simple dish outstanding! Next I had the hash it was an amazing portion! All the components were cooked to perfection again! Eggs, potatoes, peppers, bacon, covered in cheese sauce = perfection! Being on a gluten free diet this was quite the treat!! Ended the best meal with the grilled pineapple just when you think it can't get any better it does! Pineapple grilled to perfection and homemade whipped cream!! This place does everything right! Not trying to compare to other restaurants but no one in Erie is accommodating gluten free this well and presentation made for fantastic instagram pics!!!

By far the best brunch in Erie. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we always had enough juice for our mimosas. Make sure to bring your own champagne, the peach mimosas were amazing. With multiple courses it was easy to try different things, and every item that was brought out was somehow better than the last. It's great to see motivated young people bringing some life into the culinary scene in Erie. Eat here, you won't regret it.

We had a wonderful experience at proof kitchen for brunch about a month ago. Delicious food, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The BYOB mimosa bar was a real treat, I highly reccomend trying the mango!

Top notch brunch experience in Erie, PA. My wife and I stopped at Proof Kitchen to check out the new menu and it was incredible. The food was prepared with love, the service was unforgettably good and the brunch vibes were just perfect. She had the root veggies, the hash and the pineapple for desert. I had the red velvet pancakes, the hash browns and the fried bananas for desert. Fresh coffee, Fresh OJ. Perfect portion, great prices. Thank you, Proof Kitchen, for a delicious Sunday brunch
