I generously gave this hotel an "average" rating, but would not stay here again. There were a few pluses, but our experience over-shadowed the good parts. It is probably of the style of most Hilton Gardens, which I will now avoid in the future. We prefer other Hilton hotels, such as Homewood Suites or Home2Suites, where you get more for your money, expect certain amenities, and normally expect that when you are spending a little more for Hilton accommodations. The accessible room was just what we needed. I had called the hotel directly to book this special room, and I hoped it would be available for us- and it was. The room was spacious and clean. The roll in shower was just what we needed. WE appreciate Dwayne who helped us outside when our key would not open the side door. He was very kind! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. We will return!
Wonderful, last minute stay at this hotel this past week. We were on a car trip and didn't quite know when and where we would be ready to stop. Booked just 30 minutes before arrival. Staff was beyond helpful and courteous. I was told at front desk upon check in (9:45 pm) that restaurant was currently on 'last call' and kitchen was closed.
