Went inside to place an order, could not order due to lack of menus posted or provided. Employees did not even know where i could find a menu to decide on what to order. I am extremely dissatisfied because i drove over an hour to try this “Erie Classic”.

Best milkshake I ever had. Place was packed after the eclipse, but they moved people through as quickly as possible. Wish I lived closer so I could visit again.

What Happen to the bananna Milkshake? Why was it removed from the menu? Went here yesterday specifically for a Bananna milkshake and was told they are no longer on the menu. When I asked why they said they took them off the menu last year in July after " the whole bananna thing" not sure what that meant but very disapointed

Came for dinner for two; 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 curly fries (the only side option they had, out of everything else), and 2 milkshakes.Milkshakes were done in under five minutes and were great!Waited a total of 47 minutes for our food to come out. No apology for the wait and no explanation. Sandwiches were not to order and inconcistent (one had bacon and lettuce, the other had neither). Fries were cold, chewy, and had an odd, sweet taste.Price for the food is fair if you don't have to wait 45+ minutes and get what your ordered. It's too bad I got neither of those.Atmosphere is 1950's. Clutter everywhere, including a completely irrelevant upside-down toy alligator on the ceiling. But I suppose this may be appealing to the local boomer population. The building is cramped, as the kitchen has expanded into the waiting and dining area over time, leaving little indoor space for customers to wait for their food.Parking on a busy day is nearly impossible, and traffic for the drive through comes out on to the main road.Would I recommend stopping here for a meal? Absolutely not, and I won't be coming back for a meal ever again. Save your time and money by cooking out in the dedicated picnic areas around the peninsula, or go to a far better local restaurant in the city.Would I recommend stopping by for ice cream or a milkshake? Absolutely, my milkshake was delicious.

Spent 40 min in the drive thru placed order paid got to the window and wasn’t my order. I gave it back and they said we are out of zucchini and onion rings all we have are fries! They never said a word when placing the order. That’s we ordered 2 of each so instead 4 orders of fries were shoved in my face instead. I asked for the manager and this very irritated young man came to the window asked for my receipt and said what do you want me to do about it. They should have told you when you placed the order. Then why does my receipt read the correct order? He said sorry that’s all I have to offer. I requested a refund so he snatched my card and took another 10 min. Gave the employee my card and told them to tell me to have a nice day. Wow!!! In all my years of visiting this business they will never get another. So very sad how our future is being lead.

Sara's is an Erie tradition and a great place to make fun memories. Pick up an ice cream on your way to the beach and enjoy the sun.

Best weiner I've had in a long time, but the food and experience are pretty lifeless and uninteresting outside of that. You could put anything directly in front a state park and it will get enough foot traffic to survive for a few months in the summer.

This place is a destination! We love Presque Isle State Park and Sarah’s is a must to stop and get a sandwich some onion rings and ice cream. Love the 50’s diner theme.

They no longer have banana ice cream/shakes!! It's my favorite flavor :( staff is wonderful. Very friendly and fast! Downside, everything is criminally expensive. I'm talking second mortgage pricey. It's such a huge tourist attraction they can get away with it. Y'all should have a discount for residents of Erie! And bring back banana milkshakes/ice cream!!! ? ?Parking: It's just wicked crowded, and you have to park smack in the middle of the drive thru line, and tons of pedestrians. It's fine but you'll hit someone if you blink.Kid-friendliness: There's always kids and families running around.
