Atmosphere - 4****: The HVAC seems to strain at extremes, meaning they're wearing jackets inside in the worst of winter and it's like a greenhouse in the dog days of summer, but they are awesome people and most of the year between the extremes there's nothing to notice. Food - 4 ****: Very very rarely, it seems the discounted marked off products have a QC issue, maybe a 3% occurrence in my experience. But with great high quality food for half or more off what you'd pay for the name brand in a store it's a small issue.

I love the Ruben's rye. I live in Buffalo and there's a little market that carries it. The loaf is huge and it lasts a long time for me. It's good fresh or toasted.

Also, there's a few specialty items that really make your meals. Employees are friendly and helpful. Give it a try, but you might want to invest in a freezer first

Great place to pick up bread cheaper than you will find in the store. I come here once a month if not more to get all I need for the month and they always cheaper then the store and always have deals. Great staff as well.
