Quality has gone downhill. I ordered the tabbouleh; and it was full of MOLD. Will not be back.
Excellent Middle Eastern food! Will come again.

Restaurantji Recommends
I was exited to try this place cause of all the good reviews but when I went in I realized it was not worth the hype at all, first, there was no public restrooms so we had to go and walk to another gas station that was really far.Second, the restaurant was so hot and the ac was practically broken, the food was really bad.I got the beef and it was literally rubber also, the chicken thighs were really really burnt on the outside and not cooked at all on the inside.would not recommend.

everything was so bad and smelled and tasted weird and old. I don’t know how they gave so much good stars but so not worth the money.

I have been dying to try this place because it is close to home and I absolutely love Mediterranean food, though I have not had a lot of it in Erie. I got the vegetarian platter for myself and honestly everything was good except for the main part of it, which was the falafel. I don’t know if it’s just something I’m not familiar with, but I have never had falafel without fresh herbs. Any time I’ve had falafel it’s green on the inside because of all the parsley or cilantro or both but these were just like yellow, they almost looked like cornbread. I was so perplexed by this that I actually looked online to see whether there are recipes for falafel without herbs but did not find any at all. It was crispy and dense, but absolutely bland without any fresh greenery. I wanted to score the food higher because I did like everything else ok, but that was the main part of my dish and it felt pretty lacking. Plus it was a little extra disappointing because I was getting some to bring home to my family who have never had it before, so not only did I order the vegetarian plate with falafel, I ordered extra as well so we had a lot of falafel that was not at all what we were expecting.

Have a child working behind the counter when I specified to him I want the garlic inside the wrap he said ok no problem. I get the wrap and I take a few bites absolutely no flavor and definitely no garlic. I go back inside to ask them to fix it and he looks at me all smart and says there’s garlic inside. I tried to reason with him but why would I even have to argue with a child working the counter? Is this even legal? I left the wrap and left after paying for it. I’m pretty sure he’s like 8 years old. Will not be going back this is the second time I threw away the food. Last time was 60 dollars worth.
