We were celebrating a birthday on August 4th and Giselle was our server, she had an assist in training but I can't remember his name. The service provided by both individuals was top notch. They were kind, efficient, and very personable. Giselle is the perfect person to train others. She had a great sense of humor, but was also very competent at her job. I would ask for her every time! While the food is good the menu is somewhat limited. Last but not least you can't get a much better view of the bay!

We had lunch at Shoreline and dined outside. It was peaceful, relaxing and just a great time. Steps away from the lake on the bayfront. The sun was shining and the water views were beautiful. Our charming and friendly waitress made chit chat with us. She recommended drinks to try and she encouraged me to try the fish tacos made with blackened walleye. I am so glad that I took her advice. They were delicious. This was my first time trying walleye. It was sweet, meaty and cooked perfectly. My Mom had the shrimp and grits that she really enjoyed, too. I'd love to visit here again.

My wife and I had a nice dinner there. We had to wait 20mn to get a table outside but it was not a problem. We ended up with a table with view on the lake and the field. It was great. The waitress was wonderful and the food very good. We had a smoked salmon dip starter that was delicious and then my wife took a shrimp and grit and i took the fish and ships. Both were very good. The fish was well cooked. So why not a 5 stars? Because of the wait between the starter and the entrée. It was way too long. I had to ask the waitress to see if there was a problem. Beside that we had a good time.

We really enjoyed our food and our waiter was excellent! However, near the end of our meal, a different staff member came over and told us our table umbrella had to be either fully opened or completely closed. The way it was said felt very abrupt and a bit jarring, especially since no explanation was given. It honestly caught us off guard and disrupted the relaxed vibe we had been enjoying. It was also strange because the neighboring table had their umbrella set the same way and didn’t get the same message. We even asked our waiter about it out of curiosity and he expressed that it didn't make sense to him either. After such good food, this left a weird taste in our mouths. Just something for the business to keep in mind and improve! :)

Fantastic views, fantastic food, fantastic service. My husband and I shared the walleye tacos and garden salad + walleye. Our server brought out a huge bowl of ice water for our dog before she took our drink order and that thoughtfulness really set the pace for our whole experience.

Nice lunch spot with a great view. It is inside the Courtyard hotel. We visited at 12:30 on a Saturday and it was not crowded. Free parking in the parking deck across the street.
