I don’t usually leave reviews on Starbucks but man I just had to with this one. For some reason this all female staff seemed to have an attitude. I dunno. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience i enjoy from a coffee shop. I worked as a barista so I’m well aware of what good customer service looks like. Most starbucks in Erie are very inconsistent. This locations is probably the best one we got. We always check the drinks before pulling away but this location hasn’t gotten it wrong yet.
Yesterday my 2 friends and I stopped by, and the place was so busy... I believe it was short staffed..., but kudos to how smoothly all of the employees kept it running! Great job everyone!!
