“Lexy is amazing very fast and hard worker just me standing there and watching everyone with a smile giving her many compliments how fast she quickly she remembers everyone's orders I saw her make like 8 subs so fast . Will be coming to this subway more often because it's so clean .“

“I've only been here once due to travel scarcely allowing you to visit the same place twice, so my review is short.A nice little store, and the employees were polite and one of them clearly were new/in training so I was patient and my patience paid off. The food was normal subway fare, and even though the service was a bit slow, the experience was pleasant.“

“This isn't my favorite Subway, but it is fine. I've had relatively rude service there but I've also had very good service, so it is hit and miss. The interior is clean and up to date. The line area can feel a little cramped - especially when there are a lot of people in line - the flow isn't as good as it could be. The sandwiches are fine - no better or worse than a normal Subway and I think the prices are all or mostly the same. I was going to give this store a low rating because of the occasional sub-par service - but employees change all the time...“

“I have to applaud the customer service here, because they were super slammed and had a family of 4 kids come in who's Dad was making each individual child (all under the age of 6) order their own sandwiches. It took a LONG time because you know - kids mumble and don't know what they want! And although I could see it was frustrating to the employees, they never once showed any of that to their customers. I was also rewarded for my own patience with an excellent sandwich that was made perfectly, and a kind young lady who still managed to be peppy and polite despite everything going on. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and I felt reasurred during this pandemic that they were truly doing their best to keep themselves and their customers safe.“

“I go to this Subway specifically because I always have the best experience and food at this one. I typically get mobile orders to pick up on my way to work, writing “thank you :)” in the special instructions box. These two workers always make my day when they write back to me on the bag!“

“This is by far the best subway in the area. The bread is consistently fresh as well as the ingredients. The restaurant is always very clean. Even the chips are fresher. The service is quick and efficient. Everyone in the restaurant is very friendly.“

“Fast friendly and fresh!! (Most of the time) but sometimes the bread around the edges gets real hard if I get a sub toasted. So for that reason if my husband and kids want subway I will get something else from somewhere different or I won't get a sub toasted! But it tastes so much better when it's toasted so it's very frustrating!“

“What can I say? A quick trip in and out of Subway. The young lady making my sub was exceptionally quick and kind.

Challenging for a company to be just down the street from a very large competitor, but none the less, quiet and easygoing.

I do hate when I go into cities, and you have to request a key to utilize the restroom.

And, it's not very attractive when the key you carry to the bathroom has a one foot stick of PVC pipe attached to it. Quite inconvenient, and doesn't bode well for the community that utilizes the establishment.

It's terrible that the management feels the need to prevent people from using the bathroom without stating it publicly for everyone in earshot to know. Certainly can't do five stars in atmosphere for that.

Wheelchair accessibility: This ground level establishment will compliment any of our neighbors needing wheelchair access comfortably.“

“For the past nine months or so I have been taking my pregnant fiancé to this location because she craved Subway almost the whole pregnancy. Sadly she was not able to get their turkey sub because she is pregnant so she switched it up to steak subs. We have been to this location specifically too many times to count!! The service has always been and remains excellent. Even in the face of being busy and having a literal million mobile orders roll in. Our service remained top tier and food quality as well. The workers have been nothing but gracious and we definitely knew they remembered us every time we can in. My fiancé gave birth on Monday and she was soooo ready for a turkey sub! Today was the day and we went in for her long awaited sub! The works remembered who we were and asked if she gave birth! They were both so ecstatic to hear we had the baby and congratulated us. The experience was just so genuine and heartfelt it just really moved us both that they were so happy for us. We love this location and the workers there! That will remain our Subway till we no longer live Subway which will be never! Mariah and a gentleman whose name start with an “L” (I feel so bad I can’t remember) were the two who we’ve seen almost every time and they are world class workers and their kindness has won our business and appreciation that we will stay loyal to this location. They need some raises and extra paid days off for going above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed there!!! Thank you so much!!!“

“Customer service is a no win situation right now you try to accommodate the customers standing In front of you while your phone is ringing off the hook.do you stop and answer it and walk away from that customer for a customer who doesn't want to take the time to come in and order in person.i don't and I wont.i wouldn't want someone doing that to me if I was out for a meal.so to say this store has horrible customer service ask the 3 gentleman that were in the store in line as phone kept ringing away.i don't believe they would have appreciated a delay in their service for someone who can't even come in and order.we do have an app where you don't have to wait in line place your order and it will be waiting when you get here.“

“The man working today around 4:45ish was amazing. I didn't catch his name though. Very friendly and welcoming. He made sure we had everything we wanted on our subs! The manager was great, too! Thank you both for the amazing experience!“
