Teresa's Deli & Catering - Lakeshore

Ordered 5 days in advance for a 10 am delivery. By noon food still NOT delivered and when I called they said they would get on it, like it hadn’t been made yet!!! I even pre tipped $20!!! Very disappointed and frustrated. Won’t order ahead again. CAN I GET MY $20 TIP BACK??????

We had them cater our retirement party at our home last evening. The food was amazing, as always! We ordered, chicken, bbq pork, rigatoni, and meatballs. All of our guests raved about the food! Over the years we have used Teresa’s for all our big events. John does an amazing job, and the quality of the food is top notch! Thank you again!

Not a fan of their pizza but their subs are great.

They ONLY want cash, no credit or debit cards, they have a ATM machine from some little no name outfit in the store. That means a 3 dollar service fee every time. Also their prices are insane! I got a couple subs and a pizza and they wants flippin 60 bucks! I will never buy from them again. Also the chicken sub was all rubbery and could not even be bitten into and I had to throw it out. They used to be a good place back in the day 20 years ago, now they are overpriced garbage.

This pizza is nasty! I’d rather buy dominos or Pizza Hut! The pizza was undercooked and soggy. The subs were ok but at the price you’re better off going to subway. 0 stars if i could

Ordered about $60 worth of food, showed to pick it up, was told they never got the order. Was told the below call never happened. Do not go.

Got an antipasto salad today 8/22/24, and it was very disappointing. Hardly any meat at all. Definitely not like they used to be, yet the price went up. Used to be great. Mostly lettuce and cheese with some tomatoes. Used to love your salads. Won't buy one again. Don't know what happened to them.

So I came back on here cause I got an email from Google and saw what and how the owner of Teresa's deli responded. You as an owner should have responded better not be so unprofessional as u did I only said since I came there actually the first time we got way less meat and that your hoagies where still good. You as an owner of a profitable establishment should have answered more professional then you did. Telling people you are gonna report them to Google really WOW....Well Teresa's deli is not what it use to be, today Aug 11th 2024 and 2 weeks ago we came to Erie and especially came for those subs, we got a large turkey and cheese sub it was more bread then anything these subs might not be worth the 2 hour drive to get them anymore. They still taste good but really have skimp with the meat.
