My uncle was there today and it was his first visit. He does not eat ham and ordered a turkey sandwich. He asked for no cheese after asking if they had provolone. Upon arrival home his sandwich was ham with cheese. After calling the store to let them know his order was incorrect, he was told they have no turkey sandwich. which they do!
