Every time I go to this location there is something wrong. Arguably the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. 4 thumbs down
So, one of the young women working behind the counter was rather unfriendly, they were out of a lot of items, and it was a ridiculously long wait due to the place being very understaffed...but my food and coffee were good at least! Lol 😅
Food was good...what you could get. They were out of a bunch of stuff and had the appearance that they didn't plan on making more. Employees were a little too giggly for my liking, but it is what it is.

Tim Hortons is a welcoming coffee shop with friendly and personable employees. The staff, including front of house managers, provide excellent service, and cashiers are always courteous. The restaurant's hazelnut latte is a great recommendation, and food is delicious, including well-done bagels. Despite being a busy store, regular customers have noticed that some employees have been working there for many years.
