Coffee or anything with Expresso taste old and burnt, the food is always thrown together and taste old donut holes placed in the donut hole box smashed or if I get a half a dozen or a dozen, they're always put frosting or glaze down the employees don't care

I love Tim Horton coffee and i stop at Tims on E 38th on my way to work but more than likely they get my order wrong. I order a coffee with 1 cream and i would say 6 out of 10 times they put sugar in it. I try to drink it but never can. I do not like the sweetness. What a waste of a cup of coffee.

I don’t come often because I hate the parking lot so much, gave it another chance though since it was right on the way to my baby’s daycare and my job. I always would get the same order every day (bagel toasted with cream cheese & bacon). One day the girl forgot to put it on so I had to turn around and come back. When I got to the window she told me I needed to pay for the bacon stating she didn’t hear me so she didn’t charge me for bacon. I was ordering the same thing...
