this morning I was waiting for service inside and witnessed a customer in the drive-thru window giving the employee a difficult time because service is slow. he stated he waited 4 minutes in line and that 2 cars behind him had left. the employee stayed calm and dealt with the ignorant comments. she then took my order and I commended her for staying calm. there were only 2 employees...read full review
