This is my new spot. I used to visit the restaurant on West 26th, but they are ALWAYS closed. This restaurant is available and has amazing food and I will pick this restaurant from now on.
I got my meal to go, and when I got home and settled, it was still hot and fresh. I actually treated up on my first bite of the best beef empanadas I've ever tasted. This food is full of home, love, and fresh flavorful ingredients. I will be a lifelong customer. Thank you, Vilma ❤️
I had one Chicken Enpanados, the Spanish Rice with Black Beans, 3 mini Fried Sweet Plantains, and Puerto Rican Chicken. It was Stewed based on a plate with Potatoes, and Peas. Chicken was very tender and fell off the bone, when cut with just a fork. My wife had the Spanish Rice, the same as me. She had the Roasted Chicken, which consists of a leg, and thigh. Also the Macaroni Salad with the Mayonnaise. It reminded us of our folks dinners they used to make for us when we got home...
