Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza Reviews
I love Anthony’s food especially the chopped salad and the Desserts 🧁
went to the one in pompano. Ordered the meatball and long pepper sandwich lunch special for $9.99. it was 1 meatball on foccia bread. I called the server and told her I think they forgot the meatballs. she confirmed with me that the lunch special only has 1 meatball on it. the sliced it super thin. it was horrible
Within two seconds of walking into the restaurant I observed the person handling all the food trays and pizza rubbing his face in his nose with his ungloved hand then proceeding to touch everybody’s trays and food without washing his hands. That’s something I don’t want to see when I walk into the restaurant, especially when everybody’s sick this time of year he had a glove on one hand, but not the hand he was using to touch and rub everything.

Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza & Wings is a restaurant that is known for its great pizza and tasty wings. The food is generally excellent, with the pizza being a standout dish, especially the Half and half pizza, which is a favorite among customers. Other popular items include the Burrata and Eggplant Marino Pizzas, as well as the meatballs, which many have called the best they’ve ever had. The restaurant has an open kitchen area where diners can watch fresh tossed dough being prepared and sliding into the oven, enhancing the experience. The service can be hit or miss; while some visits have featured great service from attentive staff like Izzy and Justine, others have seen less attention. The restaurant is often busy, which can affect food quality consistency, as some pizzas may be less charred or have more residual flour than others. The ambience is also very good, making it a popular destination for those seeking delicious pizza in a lively atmosphere. Additionally, the garlic knots are a big hit, and the tiramisu comes highly recommended for dessert. Overall, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza & Wings continues to impress with its offerings and well-rounded menu.
