I was very upset with your store the other night. Having two managers on , not caring about anything. Talking about their life’s when making food. The salad was the worst I have ever had and also my daughter got soup and it was all Broth. Like really. I will never go back to them. Never.
Interesting Panera. I have never seen a Panera so busy on a Wednesday afternoon in mid-July. It was 1:10 and this place was absolutely packed. And then three days later, at the same time on a Saturday, it was as quiet as it gets. Oh well. They put the coffee cups out on the service counter and don't seem to monitor who's taking what. So my order seemed a bit gratuitous. I could have walked in there and taken four cups and filled them all with half 'n' half. But I DIDN'T, Panera....read full review
Today I ordered on line and went in to pick up my large order. I was greeted by Heather, who was so welcoming 🥰, she helped me with items I still needed to purchase, and I cannot express how blessed I felt in meeting
this lovely lady. She picked up a bit of sadness in my voice and just said the right words to me, a stranger, and made my morning a lot brighter.
