Since your customer service via phone and the app sucks, I’m coming here. i was waiting for over 30 minutes for something that should’ve been made and ready for pickup over 30 minutes ago. The staff were rude and extremely unorganized and the restaurant was disgusting and unsanitary. The app and customer support number did absolutely nothing to fix this.
My food was in extremely small portions and cold. I never had such a poor experience at this location.

By far the worst TWO experiences at a chipotle I’ve ever had. Over 15 minutes late both times I’ve mobile ordered. Staff is rude but I don’t blame them, they are understaffed and owner/manager should be ashamed. A complete embarrassment to the franchise. Not to mention, the portions are for infants. I knew I shouldn’t have come back. The only reason I did was cause it’s right across where I workout. 2nd time in a row they skimp out on the portions. I wait until they give me the singular portions and ask for double after. Again they scoop not even half of a single portion as “double.” Then, I even messaged chipotle through their chat.
