I had a reservation to pick up my order at 11:00. Despite having already paid and arriving right on time, nothing was ready, and I was kept waiting for 15 minutes. It was completely unacceptable that walk-in customers were served before me; the reservation was utterly pointless. The staff member’s attitude was also surly. Do yourself a favor and go the extra mile to the Downingtown location. Store is filthy, service is subpar. You get the vibe that the servers and manager know it's bad but just don't care. The location is the only reason this place is still open. Regional manager I don't know who you are but give this team some guidance.
This is the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. The trash cans are consistently overflowing. The tables never get wiped off. They play loud EDM music for no reason. The last time I ate there I got diarrhea
